Háifoss

One of Iceland's tallest waterfalls at 122 metres, Háifoss drops from the rim of the Fossá canyon near the Hekla volcano in a sheer, unbroken plunge into the gorge below. The layered basalt walls and the broad view across the surrounding highland plateau make the canyon one of the most dramatic in South Iceland.
